Located in a bustling part of town, there are plenty of options for food and drink nearby. the owner is bilingual and provides helpful recommendations for things to do. the terrace provides a nice spot to relax and hang out. the room is small but clean and comfortable, with its own bathroom.
The hotel has problems with hidden fees and taxes, which can be frustrating for budget travelers.

We had a great stay at Apartasuites San Marcos. The owner, Marcos, were pretty good too assist us when we had an urgent issue with a credit card. He spent over an hour helping us make calls and resolve the problem. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, and Marcos provided excellent suggestions for places to visit and eat in the area. The terrace is a nice spot to relax and enjoy a coffee or a drink. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's central location made it super easy for me to explore the city. The bilingual owner, Marcos, was helpful and spent over an hour assisting me with a credit card issue. The hotel staff, particularly the receptionist Juliana, were very polite and provided great suggestions for places to eat and visit in the area. The hotel's terrace was a nice spot to relax and enjoy a drink or a snack.

The rooms were affordable and the staff was helpful in suggesting nearby attractions. The terrace was a great spot to enjoy a relaxing meal or drink. the owner was extremely understanding and helped me resolve a problem with my credit card.
The location felt a bit unsafe at night and required us to be extra cautious. The lack of elevator made it difficult to carry our luggage to our room.

During my Easter stay, the hotel was conveniently located near key tourist attractions and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. the room had a decent size and the sheets were clean and fresh.
the pictures you see online are completely misleading.
